Payment
Payment is to be made in full before your order is completed and shipped. We accept all major credit cards and PayPal. Paypal is a free online service that allows you to pay using a credit card, debit card, or bank account.
Shipping
Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $0.99 regardless of order size. International orders are charged $4.99. Your order will ship in approximately 3 to 5 business days after your purchase. Allow up to two weeks for delivery. This time may lessen or become longer depending on our current order volume. Shipment is done via USPS First Class Mail service with delivery confirmation. This method of shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. All nursing necklaces are shipped brand new in professional packaging. The package contains the official Mommy Necklace™ logo and the back details the uses and advantages of a Mommy Necklace™ (nice for those giving a nursing necklace as a gift). The presentation of our nursing necklaces is professional and eye-catching.
Returns
Your satisfaction is GUARANTEED. Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied, you will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping and handling). Returns are NOT accepted after 14 days. Your order must be returned in its original packaging, undamaged. Contact us for further information regarding our return policy.
Breakage Guarantee
If your nursing necklace breaks within three years of purchase, return it and we will restring it for FREE! You will be requested to return all materials - including all beads, cording, and clasp. We continue to inspect and improve the quality of our products. With our secure stranding method, we strive to be a break-free company!
Privacy Policy
We are committed to ensuring the privacy of our customers. We do not sell or share email addresses or any other information about our customers with third parties. Our company does not place you on a mailing list or collect your email address. The only email you will receive from us confirms your order. Release from Liability
Our products are NOT teething toys or teething necklaces. All necklaces are a potential choking hazard, so please never allow your little one to play unsupervised with any necklace. When purchasing a Mommy Necklace™ you accept responsibility for its use and release us from liability. Please remember our necklaces are still pieces of jewelry. We do not market them or produce them to be teethers! We cannot be held responsible for a necklace that is not used as intended. You agree to abide by our guidelines for use which include touching only!
