Simple Shorts by Mommy Necklaces come standard at 20 inches. Featuring a bead flow similar to the Simple Long strand in a shorter style, the Simple Short lets you choose whether to keep the strand simple, or to add a Locked Donut or Teardrop pendant.
The Simple Choker without a fixed pendant allows you to temporarily wear a Donut with your necklace. Wearing the donut during a nursing session adds functionality to this streamlined design for maximum versatility. Or, choose a fixed pendant for more style dimension. Adding the Locked Donut or Teardrop pendant to your Simple Short does not add length to its 20 inch end-to-end measurement. The pendant itself hangs approximately 1.5 to 2 inches below the strand.
If you choose to wear your Simple Short without a donut pendant, you may choose a “midpoint adjustment” to your necklace. The “midpoint” refers to two smaller beads at the middle of the necklace, designed as the resting spot for a donut pendant. A midpoint adjustment, available for a small fee, simply removes these two smaller, middle beads. This adjustment is completely optional, and many MN wearers who do not use the Donut Add-On retain the midpoint beads as part of our signature design flow.
