Payment
Payment
is to be made in full before your order is completed and
shipped. We accept all major credit cards and other online
payments safely through PayPal.
Paypal is a free online service that allows you to pay
using a credit card, debit card, or bank account. It is
safe, secure, and trusted by millions. We also accept
personal checks and money orders. If you would like to
use a check, money order, coupon, or gift certificate,
please do not use the shopping cart feature, but contact
us directly with your order. We will send you
an invoice via email and the mailing information for your
payment. Once your mailed payment has arrived, you will
receive notification from us regarding the receipt of
your payment. Within 24-48 hours of payment, you will
be emailed an order number and an email confirming your
purchase details.
Shipping
Shipping
and handling is a flat rate of $2.99 regardless of order size. Internationals order are charged $6.99. Your order will ship in
approximately 3 to 5 business days after your purchase.
Allow up to two weeks for delivery. This time may lessen or become longer depending on our
current order volume. Remember, all orders are uniquely
created just for you! Shipment is done via USPS First
Class Mail service with delivery confirmation. This method
of shipping usually takes 2 to 5 business days. All nursing
necklaces are shipped brand new in professional packaging.
The package contains the official Mommy Necklace™
logo and the back details the uses and advantages of a
Mommy Necklace™ (nice for those giving a nursing
necklace as a gift). The presentation of our nursing necklaces
is professional and eye-catching.
Returns
Your
satisfaction is GUARANTEED. Returns are accepted
within 14 days of purchase. If for any reason you are unsatisfied,
you will be refunded the purchase price (minus shipping
and handling). Returns are NOT accepted after 14 days. Personalized necklaces are subject to a additional return charge. Your order must be returned in its original
packaging, undamaged. Contact us for further information
regarding our return policy.
Breakage
Guarantee
If
your nursing necklace breaks within a year of purchase,
return it and we will restring it for FREE! We will also
refund your full shipping and handling price! 100% satisfaction
guaranteed. You will be requested to return all materials
- including all beads, cording, and clasp. We continue
to inspect and improve the quality of our products. We
will also refund any shipping and handling fees incurred
during this process. With our secure stranding method,
we are a break-free company! Not a single necklace has
broke yet! Please note, our Keeplets are not included
in this breakage guarantee. We will glady repair/replace
any damaged bracelets for a small fee.
Privacy
Policy

We do not sell or share email addresses or any other
information about our customers with third parties.
Our company does not place you on a mailing list or
collect your email address. The only email you will
receive from us confirms your order. Unless you have
specific questions or comments, this is the only time

We cannot be held responsible for a necklace that is not
used as intended. You agree to abide by our suggested guidelines
for use.
